Our work
Take a look at some of the projects we’re proud to have completed, each one designed and built with care and precision.
New build, Fontwell
This thoughtfully designed pair of 4-bedroom homes was delivered as one of our own developments, from land acquisition and planning through to completion. Built using traditional materials and designed to sit harmoniously within the surrounding area, the project overcame significant technical challenges, including tree protection orders and reinforced raft foundations to preserve a mature oak tree. The result: two spacious, characterful family homes with generous living space and considered landscaping throughout.
Full eco renovation, East Preston
For a returning client, we carried out a complete transformation of an early 80s bungalow into a high-performance, energy-efficient home, aiming to meet EnerPHit standards. The property was stripped back to its core structure and rebuilt with advanced materials and sustainable systems, including solar panels, an air source heat pump, MVHR, and triple-glazed aluclad windows. This large-scale renovation delivered a warmer, greener, and more future-proof home.
Extension and refurb, Hearne Hill, London
This complex residential refurbishment involved a full loft conversion, a glass-roofed side return extension, and a complete internal overhaul of an Edwardian mid-terrace home in South London. With limited access, the project demanded creative problem-solving, from craning in large steels to hand-digging foundations and managing strict road restrictions. The result is a contemporary family space, with standout features including a bespoke glass balustrade, polished concrete flooring, and a light-filled open-plan kitchen-dining area.
Residential Development, Mevagissey, Cornwall
Set high above the Cornish harbour, this challenging joint venture saw the delivery of three terraced homes and a detached four-bedroom property on a complex, steeply sloped site. With groundworks including 3.5m retaining walls, submerged gas tanks, and a new elevated steel-framed car park, every detail was engineered with care. The properties were timber-framed on site and finished using locally approved materials such as slate, granite and timber to complement the coastal surroundings.
Contemporary new build, Brighton
This contemporary backland development near Brighton Racecourse involved the construction of two semi-detached homes for a private developer. Designed with modern living in mind, the build included piled retaining walls, steel and timber structure, mono-pitch roofs, and a mix of renewable systems including MVHR, underfloor heating, and solar panels. The result is two stylish, efficient homes finished to a high standard throughout.
